At BTC Supply Co, we provide high-quality equipment that you can rely on. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

12-MONTH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

• Coverage: Internal electrical components and manufacturing defects.

• Period: 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Exclusions:

  • Consumables: Brushes, bladers, and silicone guards (wear-and-tear items).

  • Physical Abuse: Damage caused by improper handling or accidents.

  • Water Damage: Any damage resulting from liquid ingress.

⚠️ IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain your warranty and ensure product longevity, please follow these rules:

• 🚫 NO WATER WASHING: This is an electrical device. Never submerge or rinse the main unit. Water damage will void your warranty.

• 🧹 DRY CLEAN ONLY: Use the provided brush to flick away grounds. Wipe the exterior with a dry, lint-free cloth only.

• 💧 BRUSH CARE: The detachable Monster Brush may be rinsed with COLD WATER ONLY. Ensure it is 100% dry before reattaching.

The Australian Consumer Law and Your Rights

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the ACL requires that goods must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights, which the ACL says automatically apply whenever goods or services are supplied to a consumer, are called ‘Consumer Guarantees’.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
